I got some help from Old El Paso's Taco Dinner Kit. This dinner kit is all you need for those busy days. If you don't already know, Old El Paso is a brand of Tex-Mex-style foods from General Mills. You can have your dinner plate ready in just 20 minutes.

I added some boiled potatoes and tofu to my recipe. This kit comes with all the cooking instructions. It also includes the seasoning and sauce
